This space is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your body. Only one guest experiences this room at a time making it a truly personal journey. This room’s special feature is a yoga mat and a simple self-practice guide, inviting you to explore gentle movements and grounding poses whenever you feel called.
As part of the experience, you’ll enjoy six private guided sessions, each one hour, curated to support your regulation and help you build practical grounding tools.
